Welcome to WomenShine

WomenShine is a group of Albuquerque women who feel like things in the world need to be better. We want to help, but our lives are busy, and the need feels so overwhelming it’s hard to know where to start. So we’re finally taking action in whatever small ways we can to make a difference.

And we’re doing it together.

Starting in July 2025, we will meet once a month for a couple of hours to help a local nonprofit or meet a need in our community. We’re making it easy for busy, caring women to have an impact while enjoying some great “girl time.” And of course, food and drinks!

In essence —

We’re making “doing good” doable. And we’re building our own supportive community in the process.

Women are the change makers and nurturers of the world. Even the smallest action within the context of our busy lives can make a big difference. Our community, our city, our state, our nation, and our world need us.

If we don’t help, who will?
